Tuna Filled Tomatoes
- 6 big & round Tomatoes
- 6 tbsp. of Rice
- Lettuce
- 1 tin of Natural Tuna Fish
- Cheese (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (to taste)
- 2 tbsp. of Cream
- 2 tbsp. of Mayonnaise
- Cut the tomatoes in the form of a basket and take out all of it’s seeds
from the inside. Put a pinch of salt in each tomato and set it aside for a
few minutes. - Wash rice in warm water then boil the rice in fresh water. When the rice
is cooked drain the water and let the rice cool. - Take out tuna fish from tin and mix it with the rice and mayonnaise .
Fill this mixture in the tomatoes. - Spread and cover the whisked cream on top of the tomatoes and then
sprinkle the grated cheese on the top. - Cook in a fairly preheated oven 220°C or on gas mark 7 for 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with Lettuce
