Tuna Filled Tomatoes

  1. Cut the tomatoes in the form of a basket and take out all of it’s seeds
    from the inside. Put a pinch of salt in each tomato and set it aside for a
    few minutes.
  2. Wash rice in warm water then boil the rice in fresh water. When the rice
    is cooked drain the water and let the rice cool.
  3. Take out tuna fish from tin and mix it with the rice and mayonnaise .
    Fill this mixture in the tomatoes.
  4. Spread and cover the whisked cream on top of the tomatoes and then
    sprinkle the grated cheese on the top.
  5. Cook in a fairly preheated oven 220°C or on gas mark 7 for 10 minutes.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with Lettuce
