Tandoori Chicken

Serves 6. Persons

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Skin the chickens, make deep cuts in the flesh to allow spices to penetrate.
Add all the spices to the yogurt to make marinade.
Rub marinade all over and inside the chickens and leave for 2-4 hours, or cover
and refrigerate overnight.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheight. Pour 1 tbsp oil in a roasting pan;
place the two chickens in the pan, side by side. Roast for 20 minutes.
Turn chickens on one side and roast for another 15 minutes, repeat for the other
side. For the final 10-15 minutes of browning, turn the chickens breast upwards
and keep changing sides every 5 minutes. Serve hot.
