Sweet and Sour Chicken
Makes 4 servings
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) fryer, cut up
- 8 ounces dark red Russian salad dressing
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 10 ounces apricot preserves
- Water
Put chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix, preserves
and a small amount of water.
Pour mixture over
chicken and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
