Spicy Soup
- 3 Onions (chopped)
- 4 tbsp. of Butter
- 2 tbsp. of Flour (seived)
- 1 tbsp. of Mint Leaves (crushed)
- 1/4 cup of Walnuts (coursely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. of Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. of Pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- Heat the butter and fry the onions until they are transparent.
- Stir in the flour and cook until flour is golden brown. Make sure no
lumps form. - Add crushed mint leaves, salt, pepper, and walnuts. Fry for a few
minutes. - Add 5 cups of water and sugar to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer for
10 minutes
