Vegetable Kofta

Serves : 4-6 persons

Ingredients

Preparation

Boil potatoes, peas, and turnip separately and mash them.
Cut the spinach and green chillies freely and grate the carrots.
Mix all the vegetables with salt, red chillies and cumin seeds.
Now make medium size round koftas and dip them in egg mixture.
Fry them in cooking oil. Arrange the koftas in a dish and pour hot gravy on
them.

Gravy Ingredients

Preparation

Heat Cooking Oil in a deep pan and add methi dana.When they become slightly
red, add ginger and garlic paste to it and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Now add all the remaining ingredients.
Keep stirring and sprinkle a little water whilst stirring.
Fry till oil separates from its masala, then add half a cup of water and cook on
a low flame for 20-25 minutes.
Add green chillies to the gravy.
