- ½ kg Minced meat ( lamb meat )
- 3 Black Cardamoms ( ILaichi )
- 1 ½ tea spoon Black peppercorns crushed ( Kali Mirch )
- ½ tea spoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 ½ tea spoon Coconut, grated
- 2 table spoon Cream
- 1 tea spoon ( Cumin ) Seeds (Zeera)
- 3 tea spoon Garlic Paste
- 3 tea spoon Ginger paste
- 2 tea spoon Oil
- 3 tea spoon gram flour (roasted) ( Besan )
- ½ tea spoon Mace powder ( Javitiri )
- 2 table spoon Lemon juice
- 3 table spoon Onion paste, light browned
- 2 tea spoon Khus khus (poppy seeds)
- 1 tea spoon Red chilli powder
- 2 table spoon Yoghurt
- Salt to taste

- 1 tea spoon Garam Masala ( Spice Mixtures )

- A small knob of kneaded flour (Atta)

OATMEAL – MOLASSES BREAD
MAKES TWO 8Ih-BY-4V2-INCH (21.S-BY-l1.S-CM) LOAVES
- 4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Pinch of sugar
- ½ cup (4 fl oz/125 ml) warm water (105°-115°F/ 40°-46°C)
- 2 cups (16 fl oz/500 ml) tepid buttermilk (90°F/32°C)
- 4 tablespoons (2 oz/60 g) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup (5½ oz/170 g) light or dark molasses
- 1 cup (5 oz/155 g) whole¬wheat (wholemeal) flour or graham flour
- ¾ cup (2 oz/60 g) old-fashioned or quick cooking rolled oats
- ½ cup (2½ oz175 g) fine yellow cornmeal
- ¼ cup (1/2 oz/15 g) instant mashed potato flakes
- ¼ cup (3/4 oz/20 g) toasted wheat germ
- 2½ teaspoons salt
- 3-3¼ cups (15-16½ oz/ 470-515 g) bread flour, plus extra as needed
- Canola oil for greasing
