Hyderabadi Chicken
Serves 3 persons.
Ingredients:
- ½ Kg. Chicken
- 125 gms. Onions
- 1 Ginger
- ½ tea spoon Peanuts
- 1 tea spoon Garam Masala
- 1 tea spoon Coconut
- 2 tea spoon Khaskhaash
- 250 gms. Yogurt
- ½ Cup Cooking Oil
- Turmeric, Chili Powder, Dhania, Green Masala
Preparation:
Cut chicken into thin pieces, heat oil, fry garlic and ginger. Then fry
onions till golden brown. Add chicken with other ingredients and garam
masala and fry. Add yogurt and fry till the water evaporates. Then add green
masala and lemon juice. If curry is required, add a little water and heat
for a few minutes.
