French Style Fried Fish

  1. Mix all the ingredients above (except the fish) into a ½ cup of water.
  2. Stir until a paste is formed.
  3. Dip the fish slices (finger shaped size)into the paste. Leave the fish
    in this paste for 15 minutes.
  4. Put the oil in a frying pan. When oil gets hot, add in fish pieces and
    fry. Fry until the fish turns golden brown.

Serving Suggestions: If preferred garnish with fried frites (potato
chips), sliced tomatoes, lemon slices and celery.
