Chicken Masala

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Blend onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, salt & red chilies and pour the
    mixture into the pressure cooker.
  2. Add chicken to the mixture and give it pressure for 5-7 minutes.
  3. After 5-7 open the cooker and dry up all the water.
  4. When the water has dried, pour Cooking oil and cook further for 2-3
    minutes.
  5. Pour the chicken into a bowl, garnish with coriander & green chilies and
    serve.
