Chicken Masala
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 Kg (Cut into 12 pieces)
- Onion 1 Small (Cut into 8 pieces)
- Tomatoes 5-6 (Cut each into four pieces)
- Garlic 7-8 cloves
- Ginger 1 piece (1 inch)
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red chilies 1 teaspoon
- Cooking Oil 3/4 Cup
Garnishing
- Coriander ½ bunch (Cut into small pieces)
- Green chilies 4-5
Preparation:
- Blend onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, salt & red chilies and pour the
mixture into the pressure cooker. - Add chicken to the mixture and give it pressure for 5-7 minutes.
- After 5-7 open the cooker and dry up all the water.
- When the water has dried, pour Cooking oil and cook further for 2-3
minutes. - Pour the chicken into a bowl, garnish with coriander & green chilies and
serve.
