Chicken Kabab
Chicken Kababs
Serves 4. Persons
Ingredients:
- ½ kg. Chicken Breast, skinned and off the bone
- 1 tea spoon Cooking Oil
- ½ tea spoon Salt
- 1 table spoon Dhania leaves
- ½ tea spoon Garam masala
- 1 tea spoon Paprika
- 1 tea spoon Cumin, ground
- 1-2 tea spoon Garlic, Ginger powder
- ½ tea spoon Cinnamon powder
- 1-3 tea spoon Chili Powder
Preparation:
Clean the chicken and chop coarse. Put the chicken and all the masala into a
food processor, pulse the processor and then run it for a shirt while, till the
mix is well ground. Remove and make into different shaped Kababs. Pre-heat the
oven to 375 degrees Farenheight, place the Kababs on the oven tray greased with
oil, and bake for 15 minutes.
