1 carrot, small
1 potato, small
2 onions, small
10 cups (2 It) water

for th walnut sauce:

500 gr. walnuts without shells
4 slices white bread, stale
2 tea spoons red pepper
2 cloves garlic
salt
1 1/4 cup chicken stock

3 tablespoons flour
3-4 tablespoons margarine
5 egges
1/4 bunch parsley
3/4 glass olive oil
