Serves 4 persons
This is a fairly filling omelette, as it contains chicken and prawns
(shrimp). It is cooked as a whole omelette and then sliced for serving.

Serves 4 persons
175 g (6 oz) scant 1 cup long-grain white rice
45 ml (3 tbsp) groundnut oil
350 ml (12 fl oz) 1 1/2 cups water
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 spring onions, finely chopped

1 head broccoli, cut up
2 onions, chopped
2 Cups chicken broth
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken cubed
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
