Black Chicken Pepper
Serves 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 1 Full Chicken cut into pieces with bones
- 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Zeera
- 1 tbsp. Coriander Seeds
- Salt To taste
Preparation:
Heat the pan and put coriander seeds, zeera and fry till pinkish brown, then
grind to medium fine. Put the chicken pieces in 1 cup water, add salt. Boil till
tender.
Heat Cooking oil in a non-stick pan, put the ground masala/black pepper in
the oil and fry. After 30 seconds add the chicken and fry for a few minutes.
Serve with fresh green salad and lime.
