Chicken Kababs
Serves 4. Persons
Ingredients:

½ kg. Chicken Breast, skinned and off the bone
1 tea spoon Cooking Oil
½ tea spoon Salt
1 table spoon Dhania leaves
½ tea spoon Garam masala
1 tea spoon Paprika
1 tea spoon Cumin, ground
1-2 tea spoon Garlic, Ginger powder
½ tea spoon Cinnamon powder
1-3 tea spoon Chili Powder

½ tea spoon Peanuts
1 tea spoon Garam Masala
1 tea spoon Coconut
2 tea spoon Khaskhaash
250 gms. Yogurt
½ Cup Cooking Oil
Turmeric, Chili Powder, Dhania, Green Masala

250 gms. Gram Flour (Baisan)
1 table spoon Garlic Paste

40 gms. Cumin Seeds (White zeera)
2 tea spoon Red Chili Powder
1 tea spoon Salt
½ Bunch Coriander Leaves
3 Cups Cooking Oil

1 tea spoon Cumin seeds ( Zeera ) , roasted
1 cup COOKING OIL
